We purchased a stack washer dryer combo and it is absolutely terrible. It doesn't work at all, and the dryer doesn't dry clothes. We have had it less than a year and it has broken 3 times.

Even though we have been happy with the machine, overall, we are so extremely frustrated that during the drain and spin cycle it makes so much noise as the drum hits the sides of the washer.
