Sigil is a command line tool for template processing and POSIX-compliant variable expansion. It was created for configuration templating, but can be used for any text processing.

Added intermission text for entering the teeth.wad secret level. Replaced the sky texture in bloodsea.wad and mephisto.wad to RSKY3, to match the Hell setting and the rest of the Cabal campaign.
