The follow-up investigation led to officers canvasing the local area for CCTV footage, including five cameras from the LUAS. Kelly was seen on the footage but there was no suspect robber.
A woman has been charged in connection with an assault at a Luas stop in south Dublin. The incident happened on Sunday evening at the Drimnagh Luas stop on Davitt Road in the Dublin 12 suburb.
