The Keller Independent School District’s board of trustees will not follow through with plans to split the district to deal with budget restraints.

Keller ISD has scrapped its district split plan in response to strong resident opposition and the difficulty of equitably distributing existing bond debt, which would have incurred costs of tens of millions of dollars.
