The fire department battled a garage fire on Gilbert Lane Monday evening. Fire officials said there were no injuries.

Everyone made it out, according to the fire department. The Burlington Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

The fire, which broke out around 5 a.m., was accompanied by heavy flames on the second floor, leading to a second alarm being issued to bring in additional firefighting resources.
