Rashid Dewees was indicted on felonious assault and inducing panic charges after a shooting at Joseph Chevrolet in Colerain Township, causing an evacuation. No one was hurt.

Police said Dewees caused the dealership to be evacuated when he pointed a gun at someone and opened fire while customers and employees were inside.
