Syracuse, N.Y. —Syracuse Crunch forward Maxim Groshev has been suspended for 10 games as a consequence of using racially insensitive language directed at an opponent. The incident occured during a home game against the Rochester Americans on March 1 at Upstate Medical University Arena, the American Hockey League announced on Friday.
