MANSFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -A man from Sparta faces prison time after a jury found him guilty of shooting and killing his nephew.

Nick Owens was found guilty of second-degree murder and armed criminal action for the shooting of his nephew Zachary Owens in 2022, and will be sentenced on April 24.
