GE Johnson Construction Co. will rebrand as DPR Construction Co., four years after its acquisition by Denver-based DPR.

The integration represents a key milestone in DPR’s ongoing expansion across the Mountain States, the company said.

GE Johnson will continue to operate from its existing offices in Denver; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Jackson, Wyoming, under the DPR Construction name, according to DPR’s website.
