Ukraine's State Emergency Service said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports. "According to preliminary reports, nine people were injured, including a child. Emergency rescue and search operations are ongoing," the post said. Rescuers later recovered the bodies of two victims -- a man and a woman -- from the rubble.
