Tottenham push to sign £24m attacker ahead of Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea
Tottenham have stepped up their efforts to sign Bayern Munich winger Mathys Tel ahead of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United. Several Premier League clubs are on alert after Tel informed Bayern that he is keen to leave before the end of the January transfer window in order to secure more playing time.

But French outlet L’Equipe have reported that Tottenham have reached an agreement worth €60 million (£50.9 million) to sign Tel. The 19-year-old is going to spend the next few hours making his final decision but a contract at Spurs until 2029 is on the table for him to sign.
