PORTLAND, Ore. — Tyrese Maxey has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week, the NBA announced Monday.

Yabusele had 11 of his 16 points in the second quarter as Philadelphia was able to pull away from the Blazers. The Dancing Bear has been terrific for the Sixers in his return to the NBA and he has the respect of his teammates for everything he does on the floor.

Tyrese Maxey earned the Eastern Conference's Player of the Week award for playing a central part in the Sixers' three-game winning streak.
