NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The New Haven Police Department are investigating after a 35-year-old man was killed in New Haven following a shooting and rollover crash on Saturday afternoon. The man was identified as Cedric Goodwin. It happened around 2:10 p.m. after police received multiple calls about an accident near Russell Street and High View Lane.
