HARTFORD, Conn. — Did you feel a rumble Monday morning? According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a small quake struck off the coast of York Harbor, Maine, and could have been felt throughout New England. The quake, which was originally reported as a 4.1 magnitude was quickly downgraded to a 3.8 magnitude by the USGS.
