Detroit Lions awarded third-round comp pick; see full 2025 draft order here
Detroit now has seven draft picks for 2025. The compensatory pick was awarded according to the NFL's Rooney Rule, which states that teams that lose a minority executive or coach to another team will receive a third-round pick in consecutive years. The Lions will also receive a third-round compensatory pick for the 2026 NFL Draft.
