A day after being seated for Jonathan Michael Monk’s first-degree murder trial, a 12th juror was removed from the panel Tuesday for what the presiding judge described as jury misconduct.

Jonathan Monk was sentenced to death for the 2017 murders of Justin Smith, Wendy Shannon, Geoffrey Howe and Veronica Darden.
