Per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Packers fans reportedly got so bored late in the game that they started chanting “the Bears still suck” while Green Bay was on offense. Pelissero said the loud fans prompted the Green Bay public announcer to hush the crowd and give the Packers offense a quieter atmosphere in which to operate.

The NFC North has been the tightest division in football this season and the NFL will be delivering a late-season holiday gift on Sunday. In Week 17, the Green Bay Packers (11-4) will visit the Minnesota Vikings (13-2) for an exciting divisional and NFC contest.

On Sunday, the Green Bay Packers have a prime opportunity to knock the Minnesota Vikings out of the race for the No. 1 seed in the NFC. The last time these two NFC North rivals played each other, the Vikings escaped Lambeau Field with a 31-29 win in Week 4.

Wet snow will be present throughout the afternoon leading into kickoff, according to the National Weather Service Green Bay. Fans can expect a snowy first half of the game before things turn dry at either 7 or 8 p.m. One to two inches of wet snow is expected throughout the day.

With snow, freezing drizzle in the forecast, roads could be slick for fans headed to Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

Wins against the Packers and Lions over the next two weeks could secure home field advantage for the Vikings in the playoffs.
