Breslow, speaking with the media, attempted to make it clear to Casas that they've wanted him around.

With the Red Sox casting a wide net to improve their roster this offseason, Triston Casas’ name has been a fixture in trade rumors. Most notably in connection with the Seattle Mariners, who have a need for offensive talent and an abundance of young starting pitching to offer.

As the Boston Red Sox continue to look for ways to add right-handed power to their lineup, two possibilities have risen to the surface. Both would go down as blockbuster moves. The first and, on the surface,
