Senate Bill 763 would would require photo IDs to purchase any vape product. The measure also would put in place a 10% tax on open system vape products and a 7% tax on closed system products.

The bill is stalled in the Arizona Legislature. It aims to restrict vape sales to only those products authorized by the FDA, which are tobacco-flavored and made exclusively by Big Tobacco companies.
