Saigon Saigon Bar, once a wartime press hub, has been named one of the 20 best rooftop bars in the world by British magazine Time Out.

Once a wartime press hub, it was named one of the world's 20 best rooftop bars by the U.K.'s Time Out magazine. From here visitors can watch the fireworks at Ba Son Bridge and the Saigon River Tunnel.
