A federal judge temporarily blocked the government from enforcing a provision of President Donald Trump’s megabill that would have prevented Medicaid from reimbursing Planned Parenthood—a move the reproductive health group said would amount to “defunding.”

Planned Parenthood sued the administration Monday, alleging that a provision of Trump's "big, beautiful bill" is unconstitutional and will cause irreparable harm.

Live Action spearheaded the event, which founder Lila Rose said was the “largest grassroots effort” yet to call for stripping federal funds from Planned Parenthood.
