According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) aurora forecast, the northern lights may be viewable in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and even Massachusetts tonight. The northern lights are typically most visible between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. according to NOAA.

A strong geomagnetic storm will produce northern lights in nearly two dozen US states on Saturday night, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) prediction states. The forecast map and typical aurora visibility patterns during a G3 storm show that states from the Pacific Northwest to the Northeast will see the aurora borealis under favorable weather conditions.

If you missed a chance to see the northern lights yesterday when they were widely spotted as far south as Massachusetts and even Connecticut, New Englanders might get a chance to see them again tonight depending on where you are.
