The 13-year-old boy died three days after he ran into a braided cable strewn across a lot, according to the Everett Police Department.

A 13-year-old boy, identified by family friends as Emiliano "Emmy" Munoz, tragically died after riding his e-bike into a cable in an Everett neighborhood.

As he crossed the lot, the boy struck a braided metal cable that had been stretched between a fence post and a traffic bollard.
