Four youths — two boys and two girls — have been booked for allegedly setting fire to a protected pine forest area in Morni and misbehaving with a forest guard who attempted to intervene.

According to available information, majority of the fires recorded in Morni area are attributed to stubble burning. DFO Kaushik said 25 to 30 such incidents came to fore last year.
