Olivia Halsey entered the Miss Arkansas USA Pageant as Miss West Little Rock, but she was born and raised in Jonesboro.

It will be the first time that West Indies will miss the quadrennial event since 2000. They had played all five editions (2005, 2009, 2013, 2017 and 2022) since.
