Rheinmetall, a German arms manufacturer, has received an order to provide Ukraine with 20 additional Marder 1A3 infantry fighting vehicles, which will be delivered in the first half of 2025.

Since the beginning of the war with Russia, Ukrainians have been receiving Marder 1A3 variants as part of support (mainly from Germany). They already have several dozens of these in their ranks.
