This April, three film adaptations of Klaus-Peter Wolf's (71) novels will premiere on television: "Ostfriesenfluch" (April 5), "Ostfriesenhölle" (April 18), and "Ostfriesen Totenstille" (April 25).

Suddenly the characters looked three-dimensional. But unlike most animated movies these days, the characters in "Klaus" aren't CGI and can't even be considered 3D. It's all just a trick of the light.
