Holi is the festival of colours and vibrant hues ... and it is served in clay bowls to infuse the dish with an earthy aroma.

A classic Holi sweet, these deep-fried pancakes made from maida and khoya are coated in syrup and finished with a sprinkle of dry fruits for added texture.

Despite having dry fruits and saffron as its ingredients, its still considered a light drink as it helps to cool the stomach after having heavy and rich dishes during Holi.
