PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pitt and Duquesne are kicking off their 2025 seasons with a hometown matchup against one another at Acrisure Stadium. Both teams announced the newly scheduled contest on Tuesday.

Pitt and Duquesne will open the 2025 season head to head at Acrisure Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 30.It's the first Pitt-Duquesne game since 1939, when the Dukes won 21-13 at the old Pitt Stadium.
