DHL will resume global shipments from businesses to American consumers worth more than $800 after a suspension earlier this month, the company said Monday.

Shipping consolidator DHL announced that it will no longer ship packages valued over $800 to the United States beginning Monday. While all imports less than $800 have always been duty-free, a new rule effective April 5 lowered the threshold for import declarations.

The policy reversal comes one week after the global shipping company said it would halt such shipments due to new U.S. customs rules.
