MANILA, Philippines — The decrease in the water level in Angat Dam in Bulacan is a normal occurrence as the dry season has started, according to the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System.
The MWSS on Saturday reiterated that it does not see any water supply issues that would hound Metro Manila and its nearby provinces amid the hot dry season.
