To help facilitate the installation process, the air and oil manifolds are now separated into two smaller manifolds for versatile placement. The air manifold has three different configurations.

The BAT holds 2 large breathing air cylinders with a 4-outlet breathing air manifold and can be manually pushed, towed with a vehicle, fork lifted or hoisted where breathing air is required.

The throttle position controls the amount of air that flows into an engine’s intake manifold; when it’s opened wide more air flows in; when it’s nearly closed, little air flows in.
