Russia launched aerial attacks against Ukrainian regions in the east, southwest and center of the country overnight, launching balllistic missiles and more than 100 drones that killed at least two people.

Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1,230 Russian invaders in a day, destroyed 2 Russian air defense systems, 3 tanks, and 45 artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After an overnight strike, conducted using 170 drones, on cities such as Odesa, Kyiv, Sumy and Kropyvnytskyi, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for sanctions to pressure Russia and force it to negotiate.
