NEW YORK - Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, the man accused of setting a woman on fire inside a Brooklyn subway train on Sunday, is facing multiple murder charges and one count of arson. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez is expected to announce the official indictment against Zapeta-Calil at 10 a.m. this morning.
