Seven blocks will be closed to traffic on April 6, April 13, April 20, and April 27 as pedestrian shoppers and performances take over stretches of Walnut and 18th streets.
'Open Streets' returning to Philadelphia with car-free space near Rittenhouse Square
During these closures, pedestrians will be able to stroll nearly seven blocks of car-free space on 18th Street from Locust to Chestnut, as well as Walnut Street from 15th to 19th streets.
