Kesha’s reps did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but the singer is likely siding with Wendy’s because Perry collaborated with producer Dr. Luke on songs after Kesha accused him in 2014 of drugging and raping her. Dr. Luke, who denied Kesha’s allegations, countersued her for defamation. The two reached a settlement in 2023.
