Deadline reports the “ Nosferatu ” director officially signed on to write and direct a sequel to “ Labyrinth ,” the 1986 musical fantasy movie directed by Jim Henson.

The long-gestating Labyrinth sequel has finally found a new director: Nosferatu and The Lighthouse director Robert Eggers will co-write and direct the film.
