Bobcat Bonnie's to close Corktown location immediately
In late January, Buskard closed the Bobcat Bonnie's in Wyandotte after trying out being open only for brunch. Its Clinton Township location at the Mall at Partridge Creek abruptly shuttered last August. Ypsilanti's closure followed a few months later.
The plant-based comfort food concept will continue operating out of Third Street Bar until the new location is ready.
The vegan eatery is best-known for their plant-based​ quick bites that include tacos, burgers and fried chicken.
