In 2023, Castellanos recorded 2,248 passing yards and 1,113 rushing yards, making him the first 2,000-yard passer and 1,000-yard rusher in Boston College history. He’s also only the fifth player in the ACC since 1996 to put up numbers like that.

The depth chart Michigan State took into the season now looks significantly different. Injuries each week – including a half-dozen long term – leave the Spartans (3-0, 1-0 Big Ten) shorthanded in all three phases heading into Saturday’s matchup (8 p.
