Hi Spanky, great to hear that you are interested in going gorge walking. The answers to all but one of these questions are dependent on which of the four gorge walks you decide to do. However whichever gorge you do there are no showers after. The water though is incredibly clean and clear and you come out refreshed. There are group changing facilities at two of the gorge walks and these are a poly tunnel (nice and warm) and an wooden purpose built changing room.
