The Newport on Macrossan - Adults Only Port Douglas is just 5 minutes’ walk from The Marina and a number of shops and restaurants. Sheraton Mirage Golf Course is a 5-minute drive, and Cairns International Airport is 60 km away. All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and free movie channels. Each room has a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Most also have lovely mountain, pool or garden views. The tour desk can book trips to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. The hotel also offers a guest laundry and an airport shuttle (charges apply).
