It’s a don’t miss if you enjoy mountain scenery. It’s a nice drive and since we went in the fall we had some foliage. It’s a bit of a drive and the weather can rapidly change. Full review by Yetanotherroadtrip

Awesome underused park. Despite the wildfires there was plenty to see and do. The visitor center is always a great first stop. There are some easy hikes there. We also went to a ranger program lat… Full review by Andrea G
We would like to do several days of hiking, but we don't want to camp on this trip.Where is the best/most convenient lodging close to the park with good access to the best hiking trails? Thanks.

Not sure without looking it up. We camped, or backpacked in during most of the time we spent hiking.
