I have an opera ticket for April 17, 2020. Due to Hungarian authorities canceling all indoor programs today for venues over 100 people because of Coronavirus , how can I get my ticket refunded to my credit card. The official ticket seller for the opera emailed me and said the venue had to approve but it’s already cancelled. Thank you.
