Dear MJ D, I'm sorry to hear about your experience at the Dugdale Centre and thank you for bringing it to our attention through Trip Advisor. Occasionally buildings like ours have visits from our furry friends and we have to put measures in place to Rid ourselves of them. Modern buildings like the Dugdale Centre have lots of voids which make great places for them to hide. How we combat this is that we have regular visits from pest control who lay down bait to clear us of any problems. Additionally the staff clean throughout their shift to make sure that food waste does not stay around to attract pests. We will be vigilant in out efforts to make sure that we rid ourselves of any unwelcome guests like these and hope that you return to use the cafe with your friends.
