Unfortunately there are no senior concessions for Heligan, but if you are local, to Devon and Cornwall - you can get local passes for both Eden and heligan, which is the cheapest way to go. Additionally when i visited, you get a 7 day pass, which i gave to someone else to use! I would say that Heligan is vast and has some steep areas to walk - so call ahead of you have any mobility issues and the information team can help :)
