Are the gardens worth viewing at the end of July? I've noticed reviews mentioning boredom aside from the windmill tour, but I'm wondering if those reviews were from people who don't appreciate flowers.

We were just there last week. We may have missed the tulips, but the other flowers were beautiful. I enjoyed the whole experience.
