If your talking about the lighthouse area only , it’s not worth going but if your coming to silver lake area, there’s lots to do. The water is warmest now in summer but still cold feeling. We have a lot of great beaches up and down Lake Michigan. Enjoy!

I copied/pasted the following from the Sable Point Lighthouse Keepers Association page: Standard admission rates to climb the towers are as follows: Big Sable, Little Sable, Ludington Breakwater Lighthouse and the White River Light Station and Museum are $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children 12 and under. Our height requirement to climb all of our lighthouse is 40". The admission prices help our effort to meet the goal of persevering our majestic lighthouses. We hope your visit will spur your interest to join our organization or a lighthouse organization near you.
