Hi Rena, Thank you for your enquiry. Our visitor attraction is wheelchair accessible. We have a permanent ramp outside the building as well as a motorized ramp inside the building, located at our side entrance (as opposed to the main entrance which is located between the statues of the gold lions). There is a bell located at this side entrance and once rung our staff will be happy to assist entry at this side of the building.
