You can park in the titanic underground car park which is directly across from the Nomadic and costs £1.50 for the first hour and £1 per hour thereafter. There is also parking across the road (queens road) in the MET pay and display (not sure of cost) or at the Odyessy which is approx 5 minutes walk away on the Sydenham Road.

Best leave luggage at your hotel Go to City Hall Donegal Square North (Donegal Place) Metro bus number 26 26a 26b 26c Ask driver for nearest stop to TITANIC. An ALL DAY TICKET will cost about £3.50 each.If you face the Titanic building turn to your left and you will see the SS Nomadic. Cost for the two hour tour is about £8 Per Person but is well worth it Hope this helps
