Tittabawassee Township is a civil township of Saginaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The 2020 Census placed the population at 10,606. The township is named for the Tittabawassee River. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.5 square miles, of which 35.2 square miles is land and 0.3 square miles is water.
